Concert 2: Happy Birthday, newEar!

25th anniversary celebration

December 2, 8PM

A celebration of our 25th season, this concert features local composers and former commissions. Jennifer Higdon, Barr Institute Laureate composer at UMKC will be featured, as well as Kansas composers Tonia Ko and Ingrid Stölzel, and former newEar composer-in-residence (1998-2001) James Mobberley. We will also pay tribute to former newEar special guest (1997) and famed composer Pauline Oliveros, who passed away in 2016.
